New swing on authentic tacos and deliciousness el senor de los tacos off of fletcher is a new top contender for an amazing taco Tuesday. Great texture and toppings and cheesy goodness with every bite of taco we were all highly Impressed.

Guest star fisherman mr. Cheung joined us on this escipade through the will wonka taco factory. We hung up 4 items after a few delicious craft beers. Some sour plum and cobblers we had a nice time introducing him to the craft beer life.

Ratings wise I’m going 9.5/10 we’re going to have to experiment more with this place but the standard has been set high. 3/10 for chips and salsa we had an overabundance of shrimp ceviche and a paltry amount of leftover Target salsa. 10/10 for craft beer selection couldn’t complain really we want to start filling growlers from greenwise too. Hot sauce 6/10 we didn’t go too crazy they had some nice dipping sauce with the meal though.

Wow it happened first hole in one in disc golf only regret is I wish Woubler was there to see it. I’m sure he’ll be next. I had tacos for lunch with guest vi vi and I bet that was the key to success.

Woubler and I did it up with greenwise frozen pizzas and craft beers for dinner. We started watching a survival show called alone and skipped chess this week but that will be coming soon. Chips and salsa from Target and greenwise ended up being very tasty .

Back to back mexican food nights with guest star juul. An in house taco Tuesday meant for Woubler and then a San Jose taco and margarita dine out night. What a time to be alive we love our tacos!

Featuring beef spinach cheese hot sauce sour cream and peppers for the in house tt it was quite enjoyable. The outbound was solid with a peek in at a speak easy that was too crowded and maskless for our style.

Woubler should be back in action next week I know we all miss him when he’s being betrayed but Juul is always a fun edition to the blog.

Wow over 2 years of eating tacos and our wonderful taco blog. We did a classic mystery box disc opening Uber eats craft sour beer extravaganza to get the 2021 year going. Who would’ve known that putting all 25 sauces from a hot sauce advent calendar in a taco bowl would be a bad idea?? After a full day of disc golf and drinking craft beer we went ahead and finished the day with home made taco bowls and drinking more craft beer. Hidden springs brewery is one of our new favorites their sours are on a whole different level.

That night ended up pretty bad even with many trips to the bathroom and laying down in the shower with fart convulsions and crying. The wok Tacos were extremely good with many different ingredients like spices and onions and corn and beef and oil and cheese and Fritos.

Woubler has been missing in action and hasn’t been heard from since I hope he is okay did some more disc golfing today and I am looking forward to next year and blogging with tacos with our wonderful followers.

So we’ve been busy as everyone has this season but not what you may think Making gingerbread houses or decorating our little Christmas villages. No. Slinging them tacos and feasting left and also right.

We had a tt bonanza t flats smorgezborg with wings, poppers, and every other appetizer you can order on Uber eats from such a place. We all love being stuffed but this is uncomfortable stuffed where you regret the entire next day in the moment almost immediately. This past Tuesday we sauntered on by our old stomping grounds and previous years best taco place ciccios . The years haven’t been kind and although their heart is there with a family meal for 4 that was perfect for Woubler and I I don’t think their cock and balls are in it…. enjoyable nonetheless and we are looking forward to another year with you our audience and to encapsulate everything we love about tacos.

Great in house taco Tuesday my back was starting to hurt after an hour and a half straight of complex taco cooking. The lineup this time was…. tortillas choice of high fiber or gluten free, diced tomatoes cut up fresh, avocado, air fried bacon, sweet peppers, green onions, ground beef with chopped onions and expensive garlic olive oil and cloves, hot sauces, craft dad beers, sour cream, jalapeno cheese spread, thick cut cheese, and spinach/ arugula.

For apps we had an almond cheese ball, buffalo chicken dip, and medium salsa with taquitos and blue corn flax seed tortilla chips. We love our tacos and this one especially hit home as being quite good if not the best yet.

So I missed an entire blog entry where we made an appearance at all you can eat tacos a couple weeks ago at rocco’s tacos. 18 bucks and you can put down as many gourmet tacos as you can. Woubler was a smart man and stopped after 7 the more daring went for 10 and struggled on the bus a wee bit.

On to the current week we had another glorious in house tt at the new taco headquarter home base. Listing off the plethora of ingredients we had…. meat, onion, craft beer, sour cream, spinach, cheese, jalapenos, hot sauce array including a new scorpion pepper one from dak in daytona, avocado, queso and salsa, and a mystery disc golf box with 5 unknown premium discs.

The beers went down great the title beer being the steal of the night also a rainbow sherbert and a mango whit. Tacos and sauces were to die for the perfect blend of heat and taste made for one of the best tt’s to date. After 3 flaming poops and being thankful we had a meat and cheese tray to supplement in case we didn’t have enough food I am struggling through the leftovers the day after for lunch.

This week’s in house taco Tuesday is going to be hard to beat. As I’m going to take pictures of it for insta I felt like people would’ve been too envious and I stopped. @blackicet if you’re curious about our other content on there.

Sitting back slamming back some slightly sour ales, mango cart ales (delicious by the way) and watching some disc golf life is good. Some highlights would be the meat and cheese tray with jalapeno chips, cauliflower sea salt tortilla chips, and salsa/egg salad combo. The taco spread was pretty epic without tooting my own horn too much.

We had grass fed beef, onions, wheat tortillas, sour cream in a tube, spinach, shredded cheese, salsa, and an array of hot sauces with tums to cool it down. Great company our boys at how ridiculous dropping xboxs out of a tower and a wonderful night overall. Keep slinging them tacos more to come and be back soon.

I cheated and had some tacos for lunch with my co workers at mekenitas which were pretty darn good. Woubler was ok with this and I’m still feeling the heart burn for what we did instead. As the title of this blog entry says we ordered some very big, very hot, chicken sandwiches.

These were completely delicious but described by both of us multiple times that it was like licking hot coals or lava. To wash it down we finished off the boyzn berry muffin, peach python, and margarita gose beers.
