once in a lifetime date called for a once in a lifetime taco Tuesday. We had a grand old time this week with interesting food and alcohol choices and a superb dessert from the one and only juul. A homemade key lime pie that was absolutely scrumptious.

The main dishes were a choice or combo of a Mexican lasagna and some Korean bbq. Pork belly strips, veggies, noods, all super satisfying full of flavor. The lasagna had chicken cooked and marinated in hot salsa over 12 hours. Layered with cheese, beans,corn,jalapenos, tomato, and green onions it was a fun dish that garnered lots of approval.

A mixture of alcohols was on display this night a Bunch of sour fruity beers, wines, and a beatboxxxxx.

Woubler is blasting off at a new location that is prime for some taco Tuesday fun. We had Juul meet some new acquaintances in the likes of zinny linny and brownie. We had some never before had homemade new style tacos for kicking off the new townhome taco Tuesday. We’re talking pressure cooked pork with beautiful dipping sauce, mozzarella cheese, peppers, cake, beer, and more.

Wonderful pairings of friendship food and fun. We played a round of Uno, thought about mounting a t.v. and overall had a spectacular night. Looking forward to the biggest taco Tuesday yet at an in home location 02/22/22 Mark your calendars for some humongous shenanigans.

Juul has finally met the stig. Not the guy that demos race cars for top gear but pretty close. My third and final groomsmen the stig made an appearance for taco Tuesday on a Thursday and it was a banger. We had woubler cook up a banging meal.

This feast included homemade chips and queso that has finally come together after four iterations/generations of if we’ll call it queso4.0. Jalapeno poppers, and Doritos locos shelled beef tacos with homemade dipping sauce, fancy shredded cheese by Tillamook, tomatoes, sour cream, and lettuce. Let’s just say I was glad woubler hosted because we destroyed that meal and his place.

Some nice adult beverages to go around we played a truth or dab card game which is very fitting for our line of work. Everyone got to know each other a little better and reminisce on some fun stories together. We’re going to have to repeat this sooner rather than later and I hope everyone reading this had a nice holiday coming into a new year of taco Tuesday goodness.

wonderful to have a tt on an actual Tuesday for the first time in awhile. This was only a teaser for this coming Thursday we have a meeting with two of the groomsman and siggy wiggy himself to meet my fiancé. There will be much disc golf tacos and Christmas to come before the new year rolls in and there is much excitement and merriment to be had.

I have the fiance’s parents out of town at the beach and so we hosted a taco party on a Thursday with our best man and maid of honor and had some nice fun and taco deliciousness. This included some chips and salsa tacos and some beer. Featured for the tacos where soft shells ground sirloin tomatoes onions spinach some brand new hot sauces that her parents got me that were actually very delicious and quite hot for the ghost pepper one. We had some graffiti orange beer and a citrus county beer from Marker 48 it was like a blackberry hefeweizen. Sharp cheddar cheese I almost forgot. Sorry for the pause in the blog but do not worry we are going to pick it back up and dominate the taco season. The end flatliner. A new edition to our hot sauce collection and man did this one kick our asses. After a nice round of disc at limona we sought out a nice cup of juice at the Brandon mall where we stumbled upon a pepper palace. 7.5 million scolville units this new flatliner sauce was smuggled into a nearby restaurant by us called tres amigos.

They had three salsas to start us off which seemed like a nice tribute to the tres amigos as we had myself Woubler and Avi Maria dining today. We ordered some mango cart beers a big thing of chips and guac and some water to prepare ourselves for the hottest sauce yet. As our tacos arrived to the table we snuck a tiny drop of the new deadly sauce onto one of our tacos. After a taco cheers where you clink your tacos together like you would a toast with a glass we bit into our delicious authentic style tacos.

We all started sweating profusely and tearing up in pain. It was delicious but the hottest thing to go in our mouths to date. It got to the point where the waitress showed up and saw the pain we were experiencing and probably figured we had bit into a tiny jalapeno or had too much cholua. She showed up with three extra waters much to our amusement. The ice cream Avi Maria ordered to come with the meal never came as it had probably confused her. We were triumphant though and conquered a drop of the deadliest hot sauce on the planet and I’m sure this isn’t the last time it will touch our tongues.

After proof reading I forgot to mention the new sauce came with a matching seasoning we are excited to add to some homemade taco meat for our audience.

You would think somewhere like pepper palace or a specialty shop would have some of the best hot sauces and granted we haven’t delved 100% into some of these places you thought wrong. This beautiful hillbilly place called rural King has actually had some of the best flavors. With a new awakening of apple maple scorpion and a basket case hot sauce I was definitely feeling it the next day and the day of.

Woubler ordered the usual mountain of food from t flats and we devoured it until tears came out. We ate a chicken dip wrong that we’re gonna order for guests and see how they tackle it which wasn’t bad once we got the hang of it. These double shelled tacos which might as well have been single shelled. An Uber driver who did whatever she wanted before delivering food. Then topping it all of with cookie dough bites (my favorite) and churro bites which I prefer over the regular ones.

An array of sour beers to tease our pallets including key lime pie, moonflower, and sexual Manatee. All from hidden springs our favorite. We’re looking forward to the lonely cinnamon roll beer which is one of the goats.

Fun week this week taking a trip to the past going to the best authentic taco truck la taqueria de Nepal. Having 4 delicious greasy tacos covered in their green and red sauces. Joined by a couple guests woublers co workers we had a nice night.

The bar had Trivia going on and an array of sour beers to sip on while you delve into some old school arcade machines. Really solid week also had my fiancé cook up some pork tacos the next day where we finally found some sweet potato old Florida chips that we devoured. Right from abc liquor of all places picking up the new Kardashian tequila and some whiskey lemonades in a can while we were at it.

This week as the title indicates we had some delicious sour beers from hidden springs including one that tastes like a cinnamon roll and has to be top 3 in best beers Woubler and I have ever put to our lips. Some pre seasoned southwest chicken from Aldi cut up and pan fried, two choices of tortillas, dairy free sour cream which is just plain no flavor tofu that we threw out after giving it two tries, spinach, taco cheese, and some hot sauces of course…little bit of diced tomatoes.

i think we have a new top dog gauntlet for everyone to try. You start off at hidden springs brewery and get a few to many sour beers to consume. Such a great selection anything from pineapple macadamia nut to oatmeal raisin cookie beers they are going to have. Wonderful place and vibes to visit and it’s within walking distance to armature works which is where we meandered to get some tacos.

This place is so freaking cool. We’re talking food and drinks galore and quite the site to behold. We ran through found an ideal seating area for people watching and grabbed three delicious tacos from muchachas. so top notch after an empanada down the way and rounding it off with a Nutella stuffed cookie. The tacos were literally perfect with multiple sauces to dip and pour over.
