Juul has finally met the stig. Not the guy that demos race cars for top gear but pretty close. My third and final groomsmen the stig made an appearance for taco Tuesday on a Thursday and it was a banger. We had woubler cook up a banging meal.
This feast included homemade chips and queso that has finally come together after four iterations/generations of if we’ll call it queso4.0. Jalapeno poppers, and Doritos locos shelled beef tacos with homemade dipping sauce, fancy shredded cheese by Tillamook, tomatoes, sour cream, and lettuce. Let’s just say I was glad woubler hosted because we destroyed that meal and his place.
Some nice adult beverages to go around we played a truth or dab card game which is very fitting for our line of work. Everyone got to know each other a little better and reminisce on some fun stories together. We’re going to have to repeat this sooner rather than later and I hope everyone reading this had a nice holiday coming into a new year of taco Tuesday goodness.
