You read that right…. we devoured almost a whole homeade taco casserole together last night. On a wee Saturday Eve there was a tale of two men and one casserole. As long as the spirit of taco Tuesday is alive it doesn’t always have to fall on a Tuesday. This concoction contained meat, pasta, cheese, tomato, hot salsa, sour cream, onions, and tortilla chips. All of this was put on some giant protein tortilla wraps with a dabble of fat free sour cream.
My lord was this delicious and set the new standard for how good and creative a taco Tuesday can be. Tears of happiness and hotness streamed out of our eyes as we ingested as much taco casserole and craft beer as our tummys could hold. We had some unique beers from a local florida brewery called bear lazers and orange crush amongst other classics. Supplemented with some very hot hot sauces of course it was a perfect night for an in house taco Tuesday.
We’re giving it a 9.8 overall. 10/10 for the casserole, 9/10 for the beer choices and 9.5/10 for hot sauce choices.
