There is a certain separation that we have when we do an in house taco Tuesday compared to going out and it’s hard for people to understand. We go absolutely all out. During my shopping spree at Aldi getting ready for this extravaganza that we haven’t done in a bit I was loading up the cart with all sorts of odds and ends. Picking up taco craft fanfare is an art that takes years to perfect and one small misstep could cause your taco Tuesday partner to have to bring way more than normal to carry the tt on their back.
We ended up having on our tacos; whole wheat soft tortillas, spinach, ground beef, chunky guacamole, sour cream, cheese, Olive’s (optional) and of course a steady stream of hot sauce.
I’ll be listing the 4 sauces in order of hotness these were all ordered from hot ones online. Something our fans will be looking forward to aswell is my Samsung rep will be giving us a jar of his homemade ghost pepper hot sauce for us to try for the blog. We had pineapple habenero tangy but not that hot good additive to any taco or vegetable. Los calientes was the third we had but if we’re doing ascending order of hotness I don’t want to speak out of place which was where we discovered if you shout the name of the hot sauce it loses its power over you. The second sauce and the second hottest sauce we had for the night for that matter was the ghost pepper and blueberry my gawd what a kick to that one. Then last but not least after still screaming Los calientes we put way too much on our tacos of the last dab redux which is just stupid hot.
The last dab redux which gets all the celebrities on the hot ones interview crying is a beast on its own level. They take their hottest sauce that they make and cross it with an even hotter pepper to make a delicious but painfully spicy hot sauce that I live for. All you need is three drops and we did a line of this bitch across the taco. Tears were shooting out of my eyes unwillingly and I was covered in sweat with my mouth on fire even after 3 glasses of milk for what felt like forever.
The chips and queso we supplemented with turned into a chips and salsa highlight. Turns out target makes some nice salsa but does not do well when all you can buy is tostinos meh queso. Those with organic white tortilla and sea salt pita chips we had an okay Entourage of items to go with our tacos including a few strong beers.
I did not get a chance to go over what we would rate this tt with woubler but I’m going to have to give it a 9/10 because I hosted it and I know there is always room for improvement when you bring the tt home. Thanks everyone for your support again on our venture we read all of your comments and appreciate your feedback.
